The Aspire Centre will provide you the opportunity to hire a professionally fitted-out boardroom for a range of different uses. Our boardroom can easily accommodate 10 people and is perfect for holding meetings with clients, small training courses, AGM meetings and more.

The Boardroom allows you to present your business in a professional manner to your clients. Our Boardroom is modern, corporate and beautifully furnished.


Coffee, tea & water are provided free of charge and will be offered to your clients at the commencement of your meeting. 

We are also able to arrange any catering that you may require including morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

State of the Art Technology

A Ricoh Interactive Whiteboard is available for use in our boardroom.  It has a 55” Full HD LCD Display and has a variety of different applications.  As well as using it as a traditional whiteboard, it can be used for presentations direct from your laptop or USB and has printing and emailing capabilities.

A electronic projector system is also installed on the wall at the end the room for presentations, with access to Wifi.

Full teleconferencing and Skype facilities are available.

Easy Booking System

The Boardroom can be booked by the hour or for an entire day. Bookings can be requested online or by phone.

Our meeting room can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is available for hire on either an hourly or daily basis. This room provides a more intimate setting for client meetings that do not require a large amount of space or the formality of the boardroom setting.

Air-conditioned, Modern & Clean

Our meeting room has a sleek and professional look, with air conditioning facilities installed. There is a whiteboard as well as teleconferencing facilities available for you to use.

Wifi Connection

Clients have access to free Wifi during meetings if required. We are also able to arrange any catering that you may require including morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

The Aspire Centre provides a range of different administrative services that can add a new level of organisation and professionalism to your business. You will always have access to experienced and professional staff during normal business hours and we can provide whatever secretarial assistance you may require. If assistance is required outside of normal business hours this can also be arranged so long as prior notice is given.

The Aspire Centre offers a comprehensive IT system and ongoing support as required. This includes high speed internet, wifi access throughout the building, super fast copying & printing services and much much more.

Fast & Reliable Service

The Aspire Centre utilises Amcom for high speed, fibre internet and dynamic VOIP phone system. Back-up systems are also in place so that your business is able to continue operating with no down time in case there is an issue.

Ongoing Support

The Aspire Centre has full IT support being provided by INCUB8 Applications & Hosting. INCUB8 are available to assist any of our clients with any IT support they may require, including an initial introduction to the technology when you begin.


Our entire range of services – IT, telephone systems, copying facilities and teleconferencing equipment has been designed to be state of the art and user friendly.
